Bolton Wanderers are proud to be bringing a new Fan Stones project to the club, and we are pleased to say that a proportion of the proceeds from the Fan Stones will be going directly to projects supported by Bolton Wanderers in the Community.

We’ll be adapting our existing memorial stones location to become part of this project, refreshing existing stones to preserve those memories, while opening spaces to a broader audience – allowing as many fans as possible to become part of the stadium that means so much to us all.

The installation of the Fan Stones will bring a unique point of engagement for our most loyal fans.

What is a fan stone?

A Fan Stone is a stone laid in the ground which will be engraved with your name, a company name or that of a family member/loved one.

Where will the stones be located?

They will be in paving outside the main entrance for supporters to see whenever the visit the stadium.

How much do they cost?

This depends on the size of the stone you choose.

Standard Stone (95mm x 195mm) £65

Large Stone (195mm x 195mm) £110

Premium Stone (395mm x 395mm) £425.

Supporters can also purchase a Memento Stone (150mm x 150mm) to display at home, priced at £60.

Can I buy a stone/memento for someone else?

Absolutely! We find that most people are buying a Fan Stone as a gift, a memorial or even as a family stone – it’s entirely up to you.

Can I remember a loved one who has passed?

Of course. Bolton Wanderers have always enabled fans to buy memorial stones – this project opens up wider options to remember your loved ones.

Can I buy a stone as a Christmas gift?

Yes, this is proving a popular idea for many supporters. You will receive a digital certificate to print out and present as proof of the gift at Christmas, Birthday, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day or any special day!

Where can I order my stone?

They can only be ordered online from our SHOP page. This site will take you through the ordering process but if you have difficulties, please email us via the contact page.

It is unfortunately not practical for us to talk you through online ordering difficulties on the phone, as a wide range of technical issues may be taking place.

Where will the proceeds go?

A proportion of the proceeds from the Fan Stones will be going directly to Bolton Wanderers in the Community supporting Community projects.

When will the Fan Stones be installed?

Installation of the first stones is likely to be in 2025, with the exact date still to be decided. The more popular the stones prove to be, the quicker installation will be!

When will my Memento stone be delivered?

Memento stones are produced in batches, which typically means approximately six weeks for delivery from the point of order. However, we often endeavour to manufacture quickly, particularly when close to Christmas and other gift-buying dates.
